acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path.”  After prayerful consideration, I then went to our Board of Directors to seek their advice. (In the multitude of counsel there is wisdom). They prayed as well, and were of a mindset that we would be wise to make this move.

With the day care vacating around November 1, the building will now be available to us 24/7 with the exception of Saturday morning when Olive Tree holds their service. This would mean that we now have clear sailing to hold Messianic Nights, luncheons, afternoon bible studies, movie nights…..whatever. It means having a more highly concentration of Jewish people in the community, and promoting whatever outreaches we deem appropriate. Frankly, as phenomenal as Samantha has been, we still are limited due to the fact that she has activities going every night, including Sunday afternoons which necessitate our vacating in time not to be in conflict with those who will be coming in.

negatives. Our biggest concern is the possibility of losing some who will not want to make the trip to Olive Tree. How terrible to lose even one of these dear, precious people who have found Samantha’s to be easier to reach. But our prayer is that all will make the effort and see that a few more minutes would be well worth the effort. There are too many pluses that outweigh the negatives.

Moves and transitions are never easy, especially when, as I’ve pointed out, we have been made to feel so much at home. But there are times that are ordained by God to move on, and we must face those times with courage and anticipation.

Both the Olive Tree and Beth Yeshua are excited about the prospects and see our Lord presenting us with tremendous opportunities. Pray with us that we will recognize these opportunities and take full advantage of them. We encourage each of you on our mailing list to offer your input and suggestions as to how we can better serve our Lord and the community.
